Professional Skills  Inspects works to ensure conformity with Quality Assurance control specifications and requirements.  Lead and ensure all work trades are properly guided, in planning, assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.  Ensure that all construction activities are well planned, coordinated and utilize available resources in coordination with the Project Manager and Consultants in directing and supervising all involved site personnel for Main Contractor and/or subcontractors.  Review progress reports from on the Construction for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule.  Maintaining contract documents, drawings, site instructions.
