High-Torque Motor:
Provides consistent cutting speed, preventing burns, rough edges, or inaccurate cuts. Motors are typically 150–300W, strong enough for continuous daily use.
Carbide or Tungsten Steel Blade:
Designed for durability and clean cutting. Inferior blades lead to jagged edges, customer complaints, and reworks.
Micro-Adjustment Dials:
Allow fine-tuning for depth alignment. Without these, you risk miscuts—meaning wasted blanks and wasted time.
