Select the Dies: Find the pair of matching dies that correspond to the metric size (mm2) printed on your cable terminal or lug.Install the Dies: Slide the upper and lower die halves into the C-style crimping head until they secure properly in place.Insert Wire into Lug: Strip your heavy-gauge power cable and fully push all strands into the barrel of your connector terminal.Lock the Hydraulic Valve: Locate the turn screw dial near the base of the handle and rotate it clockwise to the "ON" position.Position and Pump: Place the terminal right between the dies. Pump the movable handle continuously to extend the piston until the two die faces close entirely around the lug. Stop pumping immediately once they meet to avoid tool damage.Release Pressure: Turn the release dial counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position.
