During my placements and working period I was able to master on how to maintain client records, updating clients records,making sure client records are easily accessible and accurately documented assisting patients with inquires and concerns ensuring their needs were met.I further developed my administrative and organizational skills and gained more knowledge on the use of ms word,ms Excel and Ms access since they were part of my dairy routine use in my working period.
