Successfully completed my clinical internship with broad exposure across Internal Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Neonatal Care and Community Health. Developed competence in patient assessment, history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment planning and patient follow-up under supervision. Gained practical experience in managing both acute and chronic conditions and participating in emergency care and appropriate referrals. Strengthened my skills in clinical documentation, interpretation of laboratory investigations, patient counselling and health education. Successfully adapted to different clinical departments and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and patient-centred care.
