Frequently Asked Questions

You should have an active Boost Package that gives access to the “Pro Sales” feature (VIP, VIP Gold, Diamond, and Enterprise Packages) and a minimum of KSh 2,500 on your Balance for a start. 

Take the following steps to set up a campaign and start getting clicks:

1) Go to the “My Profile” page

2) Click on “Pro Sales”

3) Click on the “Start campaign” button

4) Select a promotion power you’d like this campaign to run on

5) Click on the “Start” button to proceed

After starting the campaign, you may also do a few tricks:

1) Click on “Promoted ads” to see the list of ads from different categories that we can promote in "Pro Sales"

2) Move the toggle for every ad to select whether to promote it or not in this particular campaign

3) If you feel that you need to get more results faster, click on the “Upgrade” button and speed up your promotion
