How can I track the progress of my deliveries?

You can check your delivery status in the “Jiji Delivery” section of your profile. This section appears as soon as you create your first order. From there, you’ll be able to open each order and see its current status.

We don’t provide real-time tracking, but we’ll keep you updated on the key steps – like drop-off, delivery, and collection. You’ll also get SMS updates from our delivery partner, Pickup Mtaani, as they handle the delivery for you.
