How does “Jiji Delivery” work for sellers?

“Jiji Delivery” is a simple and secure way to deliver your goods to clients. We’ve partnered with “Pickup Mtaani” to offer a smooth process – from creating delivery orders on Jiji to receiving payments after delivery. 

Any seller can activate Jiji Delivery for free, without commission or hidden fees. Yet, you need to meet several requirements:

1. Have an active Boost Package;
2. Complete ID verification.

Once you activate Jiji Delivery, a button “Order Jiji Delivery” will appear on all your ads eligible for delivery. You and your clients will be able to create orders in just a few clicks. Learn more about creating delivery orders here.

The delivery price depends on the drop-off point you select. You can read more about drop-off points here. Whether you or your client creates a delivery order, the delivery price must be paid upfront at the order creation stage. Check more details about the delivery cost here.

If the client accepts and keeps the item, you’ll receive payment to your linked bank account within 1-3 business days. More information about payments is available here.
