What are drop-off points, and why do I need to select them when activating Jiji Delivery?
Drop-off points are locations where you’ll take your packages for delivery.
We ask you to choose your preferred drop-off points when you activate Jiji Delivery because they directly affect the delivery price. Without knowing the distance between your drop-off point and the client’s location, we can’t calculate the fee.
That’s why you must select at least one drop-off point. Once you do, your clients can place delivery orders and pay the correct fee upfront.
