Both you and the seller can create a delivery order. Here’s what to keep in mind:
🟢 If you create the order:
- You pay the delivery fee. If the item arrives but you don’t accept it, the delivery fee is non-refundable;
- If you cancel the order before the seller sends it out, the delivery fee will be refunded to your Jiji Balance;
- You’ll need to fill in the delivery details;
- The seller can either accept or decline your order request;
- If they decline, you’ll get a full refund;
- If they accept, they can adjust the price if you agreed on a discount, and will send the package shortly.
🟡 If the seller creates the order:
- They pay the delivery fee – you only pay for the item if you accept it on delivery;
- The seller fills in the delivery details, including your full name, phone number, and delivery location – so you’ll have to share these details with them;
- If you’re not happy with the product, just reject it and pay nothing.
Some sellers may offer to cover delivery as a gesture of goodwill – especially for loyal buyers. But even if they don’t, you can always order Jiji Delivery yourself. It’s a small price for peace of mind.
💡 Always confirm the details with the seller in Jiji Chat to avoid misunderstandings and make sure you get exactly what you want
