Are there any deadlines for handling orders with Jiji Delivery?

Yes. You have 48 hours to accept or decline each delivery order request. If you don’t take action, we’ll cancel it automatically.

Once you accept an order, you have 7 days to drop it off at the selected location. If you miss this deadline, the order will also be canceled.

We recommend sending out orders as soon as possible – fast delivery builds trust and increases your chances of making a sale. The quicker you deliver, the happier your customers will be.
