Both you and your client can create a delivery order. Here’s what to keep in mind:

- You pay the delivery fee. If the item is delivered but the client doesn’t keep it, the delivery fee is non-refundable;
- If the client cancels the order before you send it out, the delivery fee will be refunded to your Jiji Balance;
- You’ll need to fill in all the details, including the client’s full name, phone number, and delivery location;
- It’s a simple way to cover delivery for customers you trust.
👤 If your client creates the order:
- They pay the delivery fee – you pay nothing;
- They also fill in all the delivery details;
- You’ll receive a delivery order request, which you can either accept or decline;
- If you decline, the client will receive a full refund;
- If you accept, you can choose the drop-off point and adjust the price (for example, if you gave the client a discount). This price change will only apply to this order – it won’t affect your ad.
