Should I or my client create a delivery order?

Both you and your client can create a delivery order. Here’s what to keep in mind: 

🧑‍💻 If you create the order:

  • You pay the delivery fee. If the item is delivered but the client doesn’t keep it, the delivery fee is non-refundable;
  • If the client cancels the order before you send it out, the delivery fee will be refunded to your Jiji Balance;
  • You’ll need to fill in all the details, including the client’s full name, phone number, and delivery location;
  • It’s a simple way to cover delivery for customers you trust.

👤 If your client creates the order:

  • They pay the delivery fee – you pay nothing;
  • They also fill in all the delivery details;
  • You’ll receive a delivery order request, which you can either accept or decline;
  • If you decline, the client will receive a full refund;
  • If you accept, you can choose the drop-off point and adjust the price (for example, if you gave the client a discount). This price change will only apply to this order – it won’t affect your ad.
