What payment methods are available for my clients with Jiji Delivery?
When clients order with Jiji Delivery, they pay when they receive the product – either with cash or M-Pesa.
No matter which method they choose, you’ll get your payment directly to the bank account you linked during setup.
🚫 Don’t ask clients for prepayments
If you want to avoid paying the delivery fee yourself, just ask the client to create the order. That way, they cover the delivery cost, and you risk nothing, even if they don’t accept the item.
